What should I expect in my first class?
While every class is different, you'll experience loud (+ awesome) music accompanied by a dimly lit room for all classes other than Yoga | Experience and Hot Yoga | Experience. While the room is still dimly lit, the music isn't as loud as our other classes. Our heated classes all end with a cool lavender towel and all other classes end with optional lavender spray during your savasana.
