Our 60 minute signature Barre class is a full body experience focused on lightweight, repetitive movements to lengthen and strengthen the muscles using body resistance, free weights, bands and barre work

POWER BARRE

60 minute high intensity Barre class that takes our signature class and kicks it up a notch, fusing dynamic, compound barre based movements that will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling the burn

YOGA

This 60 minute yoga class combines a variety

of yoga styles with a focus on strength, flexibility, body awareness and breath.

BUTI YOGA

A fun combination of cardio intensive dance, strength conditioning and power yoga all set to heart-pumping music, giving you a full body experience that awakens your soul.
