Barre  | Experience (Non-Heated):

Our signature 60 minute Barre class is a full body experience focused on lightweight, repetitive movements to lengthen and strengthen the muscles using body resistance, free weights, bands and barre work. Classes are set to heart-pumping beats to motivate you through the shake and burn. This class is formatted for individuals of all skill levels..

 

Hot Barre | Experience (Heated to 85 degrees):

Our signature 60 minute Barre class heated up for those of you who love to sweat!

 

Power Barre | Experience (Non-Heated):

60 minute high intensity Barre class that takes our signature class and kicks it up a notch, fusing cardio and barre based movements.

Yoga | Experience (Non-Heated):

This non-heated 60 minute yoga class combines a variety of yoga styles with a focus on strength, flexibility, body awareness and breath. Room is not heated.

Hot Yoga | Experience (Heated to 85 degrees):  

This 60 minute yoga class combines a variety of yoga styles with a focus on strength, flexibility, body awareness and breath. Room is heated to approximately 85 degrees.

 

Buti Yoga® | Experience (Non-Heated):

A fun combination of cardio intensive dance, strength conditioning and power yoga all set to heart-pumping music, giving you a full body experience that awakens your soul.

Hot Buti Yoga® | Experience (Heated to 85 degrees):  

This heated yoga class combines strength conditioning and power yoga all set to heart-pumping music, giving you a full body experience that awakens your soul.  This is a great option for those looking for a Buti Yoga class without the plyometric elements.

HotCore® + Buti Sculpt® | Experience (Non-Heated): HotCore® is 30 minutes of focused abdominal work, using the floor as friction to engage deep core muscles. Followed by Buti Sculpt®; 30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). *Thick non-grip socks required, available for purchase.
